Can you help anyone? Yes in principle we can, however, due to HomeSafe’s ethics, we are only permitted to assist you should our program prove beneficial to you over time, based on figures you provide and we analyse. We are NOT a quick fix, that will prove to be your down fall further on. If we cannot offer this, then we will advise you, and try our best to point you in the right direction.

Can I stay in my home forever?  The longest agreement we are permitted to supply by law is 7 years, however, so long as the rent is paid on time, you can stay as long as you like with a renewable contract. This will be in place to your satisfaction before we ask you to complete on any sale.

Do I receive market value? No, this is not how we work.  If that’s what you want, we will advise you to sell on the open market.  We are offering a solution to a problem, not delaying the problem.  The goal is simple, clear debts quickly and allow you to live well within your means, usually enabling you to recoup your trade of equity

Will you sell my house, once you have purchased it from me?  NO.  We do not sell houses, unless the client is moving out and was specifically purchased to be sold on, however this is very rare.   

What stops you from increasing the rental? At HomeSafe we practice a below market level rental.  This is to encourage our tenants to stay because if we become expensive, you may move on and then the costs are high for us as we must refurbish the house, re advertise it etc. While this is a minor hassle on 1 property, it's more of a problem with 100+ properties.

Can I buy my house back?  Yes you can, but with over 20 years experience in this industry, we doubt you will ever want to think about it.  Why do you need to, you will save a fortune on interest as you have no debts, and if you want to move you just give 2 months notice, no hassle of selling etc
